Terry Pack
Double Bass & Bass Guitar

 

Terry began playing bass guitar in January 1973 and followed on by playing his first gigs during Summer that same year.

 

Between 1974 - 76 Terry was a familiar face around Hastings and Brighton playing pop, rock, folk and jazz in pubs and clubs.

 

He has played alongside Pete Burden, Pete White, Spike Wells, Digby Fairweather, Peanuts Hucko and Spike Milligan at Hastings Jazz Festival.

 

In early 1976 Terry Recorded his first studio sessions with 'The Hollywood Killers' and by October the same year he joined 'The Enid'. After a few years of touring the UK Terry recorded 'Touch Me' and 'Live at Hammersmith Vols 1 and 2'

 

During the 80s and early 90s Terry had left 'The Enid' and began working as a session musician after being invited to record by Ray Fenwick (ex Spencer Davis, Ian Gillan, Jon Lord, Roger Glover)

 

Specialising in playing pop, rock, blues and jazz Terry also worked as a musical educator.

 

Since 2000, Terry has worked (either live or in the studio) as a jazz player, with occasional theatre jobs thrown in. In 2014, he formed 'The Cloggz' with Mark Edwards, and in 2015, he formed 'Trees' www.treesensemble.org
